Tauernkliniken once again
awarded seal of approval for workplace health promotion
On 3 March 2025, Tauernkliniken was awarded the BGF seal of approval for a healthy working environment for the second time.
(Zell am See, 5 March 2025) – Tauernkliniken has once again received the official Austrian quality mark for its outstanding implementation of workplace health promotion projects. This award recognises the consistent promotion of a healthy working environment and the active integration of employees into various company processes.
A decisive factor in the award of the BGF seal of approval is the "Gesund arbeiten. Im Tauernklinikum" (Working healthily. At the Tauernklinikum) project, which has been implemented since 2019 and focuses specifically on the physical and mental well-being of the approximately 1,000 employees. The comprehensive programme includes a variety of measures, including workshops, events, courses, regular surveys and feedback rounds. Particularly noteworthy is the "GERTI" employee app, which not only provides a platform for exchanging work-related information, but also promotes direct communication and interaction among employees.
In addition to the health of its workforce, Tauernkliniken attaches particular importance to a sustainable working environment that strengthens the long-term recruitment and
retention of skilled workers at its locations in Zell am See and Mittersill.
