It is awarded to companies that systematically implement quality-assured and participatory measures to promote health in the workplace, such as exercise programmes, mental health services or ergonomic workplace design. The recertification of TraumaNetzwerk Salzburg certifies that the Tauernklinikum Zell am See has once again demonstrated its compliance with the requirements of the German Society for Trauma Surgery (DGU) for the treatment of seriously injured patients.

The recertification of Selbsthilfe Salzburg extends the cooperation between Tauernklinikum Zell am See and the association. The certificate was reissued primarily due to the high level of commitment shown by employees, despite the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic.

The Baby-Friendly Hospital Certificate is awarded to clinics that ensure particularly mother- and child-friendly obstetric care. It is based on international criteria for promoting breastfeeding, bonding between parents and newborns, and family-oriented care. The aim is to give babies the best possible start in life – under high quality and safety standards.
