1. How is the allocation made?
Please note:
You can only be seen at our clinic if you have a referral from your GP. We can only offer you an appointment once we have received this referral.
This clear referral process ensures that all medically necessary documentation is in place and that we can plan your care as effectively as possible. Please complete the ME/CFS–PAIS checklist together with your GP. This checklist helps to gather important medical information for the initial assessment. The completed checklist will then be sent by your GP to the ME/CFS–PAIS centre in accordance with data protection regulations.
If possible, please complete the MBSQ questionnaire in advance and bring it with you to your appointment with your GP or specialist.
2. Booking an appointment
As soon as we have received your bank transfer, you will be given an appointment for your initial consultation within two to four weeks.
The team will be happy to assist you with any organisational matters relating to your appointment.
