Fifteen employees at Tauernklinikum demonstrated commitment, vision and exemplary behaviour through their special training courses last year – a reason to celebrate.
(Zell am See, 26 June 2025) – At Tauernklinikum, continuing education is not only encouraged, but actively promoted: last year, 15 employees successfully completed specialised training in a wide range of fields – from courses in intensive care or surgical nursing to midwifery and administrative safety specialist training. This impressive commitment underscores the high level of motivation and desire for personal and professional development. The collegial management congratulated the graduates warmly at a festive gathering. "
The commitment of our employees and their willingness to engage in continuous further training are a significant factor in the high quality we offer our patients every day. Diverse qualifications not only strengthen our range of services, but also contribute significantly to the further development of the entire company," emphasises Managing Director Silke Göltl. "These pioneers inspire and motivate others to pursue further training – and we greatly appreciate that."
Promoting training opportunities is also a clear commitment to increasing the attractiveness of a modern employer. Those who work at Tauernklinikum have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally. This is also confirmed by HR manager Ingrid Danzer: "We see further training as a central component of our personnel development. It is very important to us that our employees can develop their talents and acquire new skills. Those who work for us get more than just a job – they get prospects."
Speaking on behalf of all graduates of the special training courses, Klaus Wartbichler, who recently completed his training as a safety specialist, says: "I am very grateful for the opportunity to continue my education. The support from Tauernklinikum was fantastic – both in terms of organisation and on a personal level. It makes you feel truly valued."
With its clear focus on further training and education, Tauernklinikum is sending a strong signal about quality, future orientation and employee retention – and demonstrating that high quality standards and genuine appreciation go hand in hand.
