(Zell am See, 17 October 2024) – Yesterday, Wednesday, 16 October 2024, the dining room of the Tauernklinikum Zell am See hospital was once again the venue for the company's long-service awards ceremony. The numerous employees in attendance joined their colleagues in management in toasting their 10, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service. In addition, this year for the first time, the longest-serving employees with 42 or more years of service were also honoured. "
This year, we are congratulating 83 employees – a number that speaks for itself. As the largest employer in Pinzgau, we are proud to be able to offer such a stable and appreciative working environment to so many loyal and talented employees. The anniversary celebration is an evening where we take the opportunity to express our sincere thanks to everyone and at the same time look forward to a promising future," said Managing Director Mag. Silke Göltl, MA.
After the evening was opened with a champagne reception and a welcome from the management team, the in-house kitchen team began serving the prepared menu, followed by the official honours. Finally, the successful evening was rounded off with dessert. "
The cooperation, smooth processes and interpersonal understanding of our long-standing employees is remarkable and makes everyday work much easier. This is a factor that is often underestimated, but it is the foundation of any healthcare business. Events like tonight motivate us to continue striving for employee satisfaction and sustainable human resources management," says Medical Director Dr. Michael Hofer.
Nursing Director DGKP Martina Grießer MSc. sums it up: "We can all be proud of each other. Thank you very much for your loyalty and tireless dedication. All our employees are an important part of our history and contribute significantly to our success!"
