More than 80 employees were honoured for their long-standing loyalty and commitment.
(Zell am See, 27 November 2025) – Last Tuesday, the dining room of the Tauernklinikum Zell am See hospital was festively decorated for the third time to celebrate staff anniversaries. Numerous employees gathered to celebrate their 10, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 years of service together with the hospital management. "
This year, we are congratulating 83 employees on their anniversaries – an impressive number that speaks for itself. As the largest employer in Pinzgau, we are proud to offer our dedicated employees a stable and appreciative working environment. The anniversary celebration is a special evening for us, when we show our gratitude and at the same time look optimistically to the future," emphasised Managing Director Mag. Silke Göltl, MA.
After a champagne reception and a welcome by the managing director, the kitchen team opened the evening with a special menu. This was followed by the official honouring of the anniversary celebrants, before the successful evening was rounded off with dessert.
Medical Director OA Dr Michael Hofer emphasised: "The excellent cooperation, the well-established processes and the experience of our long-standing colleagues are invaluable. They make everyday life easier and form the foundation of every healthcare business. Events like this motivate us to further strengthen employee satisfaction and promote sustainable human resources management."
Director of Nursing Martina Grießer MSc also emphasised the importance of long-standing employees for the Tauernklinikum: "You can all be proud. Thank you very much for your loyalty and tireless dedication. Every single employee is an important part of our history and contributes significantly to our success."
Administrative Director Angelika Mies, BA MA MBA, was attending for the first time and was equally delighted with the high number of anniversary celebrants. The special appreciation for long-serving employees was also expressed by the participation of Provincial Councillor Mag. Daniela Gutschi in the event. With around 1,100 employees in the fields of medicine, nursing, medical technology and administration, Tauernkliniken is the largest employer in Pinzgau. Not only does it ensure healthcare for the population and visitors to the region, but it also offers a high degree of job security.
